Members of the Board of Directors shall be elected by majority vote of the general voting membership at the Association's yearly general membership meeting. Board members serve a two-year term with terms staggered so half the board positions come up for re-election each year. Board officers are determined each year by the Board members.

Board of Director meetings are held at 5pm the second Monday of every month at the Chewuch Professional Building conference room, 106 Bluff Street (unless otherwise indicated).
